Common questions

The app says my till is short. What now?

A short till means the counted cash is less than float plus takings minus drops and payouts. Check that the takings figure matches your register report and that every mid-shift drop is recorded. You can remove a drop you typed wrong, as long as the protocol is not signed yet.

Can I change a protocol after signing it?

No, and that is the point — a signed protocol is a record. A correction is a new count, exactly like on paper.

Where is my data?

On your device only. There is no account and no cloud sync. Settings → Reset all data removes everything.

How do I get the protocol out of the app?

Open a signed protocol and use Send PDF or Print. Both need Tillsheet Plus.

What does Tillsheet Plus include?

More than one register, the full protocol archive, PDF export and printing, blind counting, your own tolerance, and your business name on the protocol. Counting one register, reconciling it and signing the protocol are free forever, and there are no ads in either.

How do I cancel?

Apple handles billing: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
