Sunlit keeps the score while you play pickleball - the running call, every game of the session, and a card you can hand to the people you played with.
Email [email protected]. It is one person reading, so please include your iOS version and what you were doing when something went wrong.
Tap Undo. It removes the last rally you logged and puts the call back exactly where it was - including whose serve it is and which server number. Undo is free, unlimited, and it is not a guess: Sunlit rebuilds the whole call from the list of rallies every time, so undoing is the same as if the rally had never happened.
Open Fix (”Wrong scoring system?”) and switch between side-out and rally scoring mid-game. Rallies you already logged keep their original scoring - Sunlit does not silently rewrite points you played under the other system. The switch is logged like any other event, so Undo takes it back too.
In doubles side-out scoring the call is your score, their score, and which server you are (1 or 2) - and the very first service of a game is “0-0-2”, because the starting team only gets one server. Under rally scoring the call collapses to two numbers. Sunlit ships 15 rules cards explaining this, each citing the USA Pickleball rulebook by rule number, and they are free forever.
No. Every game can be scored without a single name - the picker offers “Skip for now” and the app works fully with an empty roster. Names only exist so Sunlit can tell you who you win with. They stay on your phone.
Free forever: unlimited games and sessions, undo, fix mode, your roster, the 15 rules cards, every session you play, and the complete Session Card on screen. Sunlit Plus is a single one-time purchase of $5.99 that unlocks sending that card and your all-time record. There is no subscription, nothing auto-renews, and there is no trial to forget to cancel.
Tap Restore purchase on the paywall, or Settings - Restore purchase. That asks Apple for your receipt again. It works on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.
On your device, and only there. They are never uploaded. Settings - Export writes a backup file you keep yourself, and Settings - Reset all data clears everything. Deleting the app removes its storage with it.
Because a record built from three games is not a record. Sunlit only states an all-time or per-partner figure once there are enough games behind it to mean something, and until then it tells you honestly how far off it is rather than showing you a number that would move wildly with the next game.
