Effective date: 2 August 2026
Skeinly stores your data on your device. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. We never see your data.
Nothing. Your projects, counters, yarn, hooks and progress photos stay in the app's local database on your device (and in your personal iCloud backup if you use device backups). There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple. We receive no payment details. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
Row reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to any server, and the app works with notifications switched off.
Your data leaves the app only when you export a backup yourself. Where you send that file is entirely up to you — we never see it.
Settings → Reset all data deletes everything the app stores. Deleting the app does the same.
We'll update this page and the effective date when anything changes.
