We do not collect or store personal information (such as your name or email address) on our servers. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced securely via your iCloud account.

B. Content Data

When you use Side Brain to summarize articles:

• The text or URL of the article is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate the summary.
• This data is used solely for the purpose of generating the summary and is not used to train the AI models.
• We do not permanently store the content of your articles on our servers; they are stored locally on your device and synced via your personal iCloud.

C. Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., app crashes, feature usage) to help us improve the app and fix bugs. This is done using standard Apple telemetry.

3. Subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store). We do not process or store your credit card information. We only receive a status indicating whether you have an active subscription.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini API: For AI processing (summaries, embeddings).
• Apple iCloud: For syncing your data across devices.
• Apple StoreKit: For handling subscriptions.
