Pintally is a correctness-first bowling score keeper for league nights and family game nights - all on your device, with no account and nothing sent to a server. Here are answers to the most common questions.

Tap the center + button to start a new game, then tap the pins you knock down, ball by ball. Pintally uses the official USBC scoring rules, including the 10th-frame bonus-ball mechanic - an unresolved strike or spare always shows “pending” instead of guessing at a number. You can save an in-progress game and finish it later.
Open the Averages tab to see your running average across all games, a date range, or a specific league - always shown with the honest number of games it’s built on (for example “avg 168, 40 games”). This is always free, with no limit on games or date range.
Add players once in Roster and pick them from a saved list every time you score - no re-typing. Renaming a player (for example “Player 2” to your child’s name) sticks. Leagues save a roster too, so tapping a league auto-fills its players.
Open a Season Recap from the Averages tab to see a complete, one-page summary - running average, high game, high series, and stats. The on-screen preview is always free and complete.
Pintally Full is a one-time purchase (no subscription, no renewals). It unlocks exporting and sharing your Season Recap as a PDF and the full reference-card library (bowling lingo, rules and handicap basics). Scoring games, tracking your average, and backing up your library are always free.
Restoring a purchase: open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Your Pintally Full unlock is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any device signed in with it.
Open Profile, then Backup my library, to export a backup file you control (save it to Files or iCloud Drive). To move to a new device or recover, import that file. Backups are always free - Pintally never paywalls your own data.
