Effective date: July 26, 2026
Bartally stores your data on your device. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. We never see your data.
Nothing. Every shift, job, tip amount and note you enter stays in the app's local database on your device (and in your personal device backup if you use iCloud or computer backups). Bartally makes no network connections and has no server.
The one-time purchase (Bartally Plus) is processed entirely by Apple. We receive no payment details. Restore it anytime from Settings → About → Restore purchases.
CSV exports are created on your device and shared only where you choose to send them (Files, Mail, AirDrop…). Nothing is uploaded anywhere by the app.
The tax screen shows sums of numbers you entered, with references to public IRS guidance. Bartally gives no tax advice and sends nothing to anyone.
Bartally requests no permissions — no microphone, no camera, no location, no notifications, no contacts.
Bartally is not directed at children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this same address with a new effective date.
