Do I need an account? No. Aurella works entirely on your device - no sign-up, no login.
Where is my data stored? On your iPhone. If you turn on iCloud for Aurella in iOS Settings, it backs up to your own private iCloud account. We never see your data.
Why won't Aurella show a pattern yet? Aurella waits until it has enough logged days before it calls anything a pattern - usually a couple of honest weeks and a few logged attacks. It shows a countdown so you know how close you are. This is on purpose: we would rather show you nothing than something misleading.
What is the acute-medication day counter? It quietly counts how many days a month you take something for an attack, and near the well-known limits it gently suggests talking with your clinician. Aurella never tells you to start, stop, or change any medication - that is always your doctor's call.
What does Aurella Plus include? A free version gives you unlimited logging, your calendar, current trends, your first pattern in full, and a complete on-screen Doctor Brief you can screenshot. Plus adds your full all-time history, every pattern narrative with the numbers, and PDF export of the Doctor Brief.
