App Factory shows your App Store portfolio using your own App Store Connect API key. Everything runs on your devices — there is no account with us and nothing to reset.
The app shows no data. Connect your App Store Connect API key in Settings → Accounts (create one in App Store Connect → Users and Access → Keys, role Admin). Data appears after the first sync, usually within a few minutes.
Keyword demand says “pending”. Connect Apple Ads in Settings → Accounts. Demand numbers come from Apple's own search popularity — without the connection the app keeps measuring ranks but never guesses demand.
My devices show different data. Both devices must be signed into the same iCloud account; sync runs through your private iCloud database. Give a fresh device a few minutes after the first launch.
Purchases. Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases lives in Settings → Pro.
